Dalmatia Heritage TERMS & CONDITIONS
Applications for booking are being sent electronically by filling in the form available on SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd.'s website (brand Dalmatia Heritage www.dalmatia-heritage.com). When registering the customer is required to give all the correct information that the booking form is requiring. The information applies to both passenger and persons who are applying to travel. SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. is not responsible for the truthfulness of the data given by the traveler during registration. In the case of incorrect data, SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. reserves the right to change prices and charge the price difference on the spot.
After you send us a filled booking form and we arrange your tour, we will send you an invoice for a 30% to 50% deposit (depending on the program).
IMPORTANT INFO: deposits are non refundable!
After receiving your deposit, we will issue an official booking confirmation and after paying full payment we will send you a document with all the information and details of the tour such as contact info, times od departures, itinerary and other necessary information. Full payment is required before departure.
Booking form is a legal contract; once submitted and confirmed, all provisions in the Terms and Conditions apply.
Deposit has to be paid after you've arranged a tour with us and it is totally non refundable. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and deposit. If you make the reservations less than 30 days before the date of travel, full ammount has to be paid. When we recieve your payment, you will receive all details and informations on your e–mail (please check your SPAM folder if you don't receive the e-mail in your inbox). SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. guarantees top class program and full service for each part of the program, from your driver, guide, and all the others who are involved in. Therefore, all the payments that are mentioned above, have to be paid, so we can refund eventual costs and damages that are made with eventual cancellation.
For the final payment bank transfer is the preferred form of payment for HRK (Kuna) payments.
Bank transfer is the preferred form of payment and HRK (Kuna) is the preferred currency.
If you're not able to pay in kunas, you can make your payment in € (Euro) via PayPal.

At the same time, please send an e-mail to email@example.com detailing the sent payment including details of the paid service, reservation, passenger names and agency. If you want to make your payment in some other way, please contact us before that, at least two weeks before the start of your tour.
Deposit and final payment are nonrefundable and cannot be applied to another departure. Full refunds will be made only if SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. cancels a tour. SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. may cancel any program at any time before departure for any reason, including insufficient participants to operate the program. SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. will make every effort to follow any published itinerary, but variances may occur (bad weather conditions etc.). SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. will make every effort to find a substitute program or service of similar quality for any part of the itinerary. If a tour is cancelled, SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. will make every effort to find a suitable replacement, but its liability is limited to a full refund of payment. All parts of the program that you have missed on your own will, will not and can not be refunded.
NOTES AND ADJUSTMENTS
If you are not satisfied with any part of the program while you are already on the tour, and your guide is not able to fix the problem, feel free to contact us directly at SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd., so we can fix everything in an easier way.
All transfers that are needed for your trips and excursions that are connected with your program are included in price and will be done with maximum care, with professional drivers. It is the responsibility of the tour participant to be at the transfer point at the designated time. Private transfers for any kind of service that is not included in program are extra charged. Please take note that you provide us all the necessary details for your arrival transfer, such as flight number, arrival airport and arrival time. Neither SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. or its providers are responsible for late arrivals due to flight delays or any other reason. If you are delayed, we will do our best to transfer you to the program whenever you arrive.
Price is subject to change without notice as a result of adverse economic changes or currency fluctuations that may affect air/land transportation, hotels, or other related service providers.
It is the responsibility of each tour participant to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and any other documents required by applicable government regulations.
Customers are entitled to TWO ITEMS OF LUGGAGE ONLY. ANY EXCESS LUGGAGE (eg. golf equipment) MUST BE DECLARED at the time of booking. We MUST be informed of items such as golf clubs, bicycle, surfboard, snowboards, skies etc. We will be as sympathetic as is reasonably possible, but occasionally, extra charges may be made at our absolute discretion. Luggage MUST be clearly labeled with the owners name and destination address. In the event of undeclared excess luggage, SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. reserve the right to charge an excess baggage allowance (which must be paid for prior to transportation) or to refuse transport of the excess items. The traveler will bear all costs and damages that may arise because of this.
SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. is not responsible for theft or damage od passengers' luggage or any other personal belongings, valuables and documents.
In the case of air transport passenger is entitled to free transport of luggage with a certain weight (according to the provisions of each carrier). Each additional kilogram will be payed on the spot, in local currency, and under the provisions of an aircraft carrier.
Dalmatia Heritage is obligated only to the conditions that are set for each tour, and is obligated to meet the terms, with an exception for situations that are beyond our control such as forces of nature etc. Everyone who participates in tours agrees that Dalmatia Heritage or their representatives shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to any act of default of hotel, air/land transportation carrier, restaurant supplier or other contractor rendering or providing services.
SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. shall only be liable for any reasonable and foreseeable consequential losses arising directly out of a breach in contract. In such cases our liability shall be limited to 500€ per booking.
SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. reserves the right at any time to assign any part of this Agreement (or all of it) to any associated or subsidiary company or to any third party.
It is the customer’s obligation to report any difficulties with the services that we provide in the shortest practicable time in order for us to be given a fair opportunity to rectify any problems in the shortest possible time. It is the customer’s obligation to do all in his/her power to mitigate any loss.
These Terms of Conditions and any terms which we agree to provide you with (in respect of yourself and/or your Baggage) shall be governed by the laws of Croatia, and any dispute between you and SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. concerning or arising out of such carriage in any way whatsoever, shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Zadar (Croatia).
DATA PRIVACY AND USAGE
SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. helds all obtained information about the passengers in accordance with the Law. Travelers give their personal information voluntarily. Personal information is required for processing requested services. The same will be used for further communication.
SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. undertakes not to share personal information of passengers to third parties or carry it out of the country, except for the purpose of carrying out the requested services.
All personal information will be kept in database in accordance with the Management's decision on the method of collection, processing and storage of personal data. Traveler gives permission that his personal data may be used for promotional offers of travel agencies SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd.
PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT AND AWARENES OF RISK
I fully understand and acknowledge that travel activities have:
(a) inherent risks, dangers and hazards and such exists in my participation in Dalmatia Heritage sponsored activities;
(b) my participation in such activities may result in injury or illness;
(c) these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the owners, employees, officers or agents of the Dalmatia Heritage, the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, the forces of nature or other causes;
(d) by my participation in these activities, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the owners, agents, officers, or employees of Dalmatia Heritage, or by any other person.
I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Dalmatia Heritage and its agents, officers and employees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my participation in Dalmatia Heritage activities. I understand that Dalmatia Heritage reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its programs, and hereby agree that Dalmatia Heritage may use any such photographic or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes without any remuneration to the traveler.
